We're back! Matia returns to one of our favorite haunts - Salty Fox Coffee for an evening of dining, drinks, and revelry. Join us for a multi-coursed meal featuring a showcase of San Juan's finest meats, seafood, and produce. Dinner will be one seating, come as you are, or get dressed up, why not? Bring a hot date or an old friend, go stag or bring a whole posse for this one night only night of dining from Matia Dinner Series. Dinner is $100 before tax and optional gratuity, 10 courses of the finest late summer/ early fall ingredients with optional beverage pairing or drinks by the glass provided by Salty Fox Coffee. Billy Elliot: Exclusive Dinner & A Show at Orcas Center

Orcas Center, Matia Dinner Series and Doe Bay Wine Company cordially invite you to our next Dinner and A Show event in the Madrona Room, March 16 at 5:00PM followed by the performance of Billy Elliot at 7:30PM on Center Stage!

Join us at Orcas Center for a fabulous evening of theatre, arts, and dining. Prior to a sensational performance of Billy Elliot, Matia Dinner Series and Doe Bay Wine Company will offer a multi-course dinner menu highlighting local and seasonal product along with carefully curated wine selections in the Orcas Centers’ Madrona Room. Tickets are available for purchase for this one night event using the link below: $75 - 4 Course Menu

Doe Bay Wine Company has carefully curated a collection of memorable wines to be paired with each course. These pairings will feature small, dynamic producers from around the world with a focus on family owned and organic wines. The four course pairing will be $35.

Valentines Dinner at the Barnacle

For Lovers, Romantics, Lonely Hearts, and Gastronomes alike: Join Matia Dinner Series and The Barnacle for a celebratory evening on February 14th. Matia will be providing an outstanding, seasonally-inspired dinner coupled with thoughtful and delicious beverage pairings from The Barnacle in an intimate, romantic setting. We're very excited to announce our return to San Juan Island With our late September pop-up at the beloved Salty Fox Coffee. Join us for a sensational evening of dining as the nights get colder and the windows become festooned with decorative gourds. With the onset of summer, Matia Dinner Series and Orcasong Farm invite you to join us for a sybaritic celebration of the season's bounty. This collaborative dinner between chef and farmer will be held at beautiful Orcasong Farm, Orcas Island on the evening of Friday, June 9th. Distilling the flavors of our lush archipelago's natural biorhythms, the evening will feature a ten course prix-fixe meal, meticulously sourced and crafted from the botanical, terranean, and aquatic treasures of the farm and the greater San Juan Islands. Dinner is $150 per guest which includes wine. Pan Asian Pop Up

Matia is very excited to announce our first event on Orcas Island this year! We will be opening up shop at Wild Island on May 8th for a one night only, a la carte menu featuring some of our favorite spring produce and eastern flavors that we love. This event will not require reservations and we will serve dinner essentially until we're out of food. Starting at 5pm. There will be outdoor seating, weather permitting. Dishes will be priced from $10-$20 dollars, and non-alcoholic beverage options will be available.

After a couple months away, Matia proudly returns for a sensational one-night-only tasting menu at Salty Fox Cafe. Join us on Saturday, April 8th for an elaborately prepared, meticulously sourced, and certainly unforgettable dinner celebrating the long awaited coming of Spring. Come wave good bye to winter with us! Reservations can be made at matiadinnerseries@gmail.com, stating the number in your party and any dietary restrictions. Dinner of 8 courses is $80 (before tax and optional gratuity) and a limited selection of wine will be available by the glass - guests are also welcome to bring their own wine. We strongly encourage that reservations be made as soon as possible due to very limited seating.
